Adira Asset Management Limited (FRN: 1012847) is an appointed representative of G10 Capital Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) (FRN: 648953), and is permitted under the terms of its appointment by G10 Capital Limited in relation to investments to undertake the regulated activities of arranging, making arrangements and advising for clients who are professional clients or eligible counterparties as defined in the FCA Handbook.
Adira Investment Management LLP provides seconded employees to G10 Capital Limited for the purposes of enabling G10 Capital Limited for the purpose of undertaking portfolio management as the Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) for certain investment fund(s) and/or account(s) where relevant. For the avoidance of doubt, Adira Investment Management LLP is not currently an authorised or regulated entity and does not undertake any regulated activities as defined within the Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA) 2000.
